RETURN POLICY
The Pablove Foundation does not accept returns of merchandise received for donations.
How do I exchange an item?
For 8×10″ and 11×14″ prints, we offer exchanges on a case by case basis within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. After 30 days, no exchanges are allowed. Re-stocking fees may apply, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original print back to The Pablove Foundation. Please contact us for more information if you’d like to inquire about an exchange.
Cancellations
We are not able to accept cancellations once orders are placed.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates and flash sale codes cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Gift certificates and flash sale codes are valid only on the pabloveprints.org shop and cannot be applied to purchases at shop.pablove.org.
Damaged Deliveries: Prints
If the image area of your print arrives with shipping damage or has a flaw, please contact us as soon as possible with a snapshot of the damage visible. Please note: The image area of your print is the area inside the white border. We have found no matter how carefully and rigid we package for transit, print corners and edges can take slight damage while being loaded on and off trucks and in the hands of mail carriers.
If an item is received damaged please contact [email protected] immediately. We will work with you on a case by case basis to exchange damaged merchandise.
