Pablove Shutterbugs has given me an outlet to express myself in. While I was in the hospital, it was hard for me to connect with friends and live a “normal life”. This program gave me forever friends and the opportunity to connect with peers that understand what I’ve gone through.

My photographs tell a story of the people, places, and things that have, and continue to, inspire me through the toughest times of my life. I want to inspire those who view my work and let fellow cancer patients know that they will come out of this cancer experience as a strong and indestructible person.

It’s important to embrace the new version of yourself and give life a new meaning. If you’ve gone through cancer, know you can do anything you put your mind to.
