It’s important for me to be an advocate so that other kids with cancer understand that it is okay and sometimes when you don’t have anybody, you actually have this gigantic support system. My photos all represent different points in my journey that I’m very fond of and won’t forget because it made me the woman I am today. Photography has shown me that there are other sides of life that sometimes are misunderstood. The photo may represent such a deeper meaning, and it could really impact the viewer.
