Cancer has been a huge impact in my life. Taking this class has helped me to realize the things I am grateful for. I have people that support me greatly I noticed how much my life has changed. The pictures I had to take for this class are based on the person I have become. I don’t want cancer to define me as a person. To me, cancer was just a “bump on the road”. These pictures represent my happiness, how adventurous I am, and my culture. Photography has impacted my life greatly because it helps me appreciate what I am surrounded by.
