Hello my name is Cesar Salas. The reason that it’s important for me to advocate for pediatric cancer through photography is for people to know about the experience and to know how low funded pediatric cancer is. My photos will be talking about how my family and friends were there to support me and also about how people see different things in different ways. Photography has impacted my life in many ways but the one way it has impacted me more is that I have found a distraction away from thinking about my past, and my days in the hospital.
